Soul of the City BID | Earth Day Clean Up

The Soul of the City Business Improvement District (BID) proudly invites community stakeholders to its official Launch Day Celebration to enhance the economic vitality, cleanliness, safety, and overall experience of Congress Heights, Bellevue, and Washington Highlands.

We begin the day with community-led clean-up activations from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the available locations below;

1. Greater Fellowship Baptist Church - 814 Alabama Avenue SE
2. Trinity Plaza - 21 Atlantic Avenue SW (Parking Lot)
3. SE Tennis & Learning Center - 701 Mississippi Avenue SE
4. THE ARC - 1801 Mississippi Avenue SE
