The retreat schedule changes each month based on the themes prevalent, moon cycles and the collective and personal experiences of the group-
The workshop will adapt to suit the needs of those who are present and be customised to best support the groups journey and intentions.

Cleansing Ritual to cut ties, bonds and beliefs that no longer serve

Group Constellation Practice

Empowerment Circle: group process inviting the healing of grief, separation, loss, shame, trauma and broken bonds

Some Events have outdoor elements, most are indoor and some specifically are nature retreats with most of the practices done outdoors with a fire ceremony and seasonal rituals.
