Some years ago, I ran a whole course or two to share powerful healing and shamanic journeys I had experienced in my personal practice or healing work. In those journeys, I had met with particularly influential spirit guides or I had experienced deep healing and/or discoveries for the body, mind, heart & soul. At the request of clients, I have agreed to put together some of these sessions again to help:
- those who are on a healing journey
- those who are on a path of spiritual and self-discovery
- those who are soul searching
- those who are curious or intrigued about shamanic journeying, healing practices and working with spirit guides.
This 2nd session will begin by exploring a spiritual protection practice. We will use a simple movement based energy healing technique for release stress to create the right conditions for the final meditation practice: going on a healing meditation journey "The well of healing waters" which will be deeply relaxing as well as healing for all aspects of your being.
The aim of the session is that you will go home:
- knowing how to use a simple way of protecting your energy by visualising or feeling into a practice
- with a great way to relieve stress using one of the radiant circuits practices
- relaxed and ready for a long, deep sleep
- having welcomed healing for whatever you may need at this time - physical healing, mental/emotional healing or healing for the spirit
- inspired and wanting to join the classes that follow!
The journeys I have planned for this future sessions in this series (alongside other meditation, self awareness & development and grounding practices) include:
- meeting with the 'soul mother' and possibly the 'storyteller' entities to gain understanding and wisdom for your current existence and perhaps to explore a past incarnation and its impact on your current lifetime
- a journey to meet with a spirit guide that takes the form of an animal
- cord cutting from unhelpful people, places or memories
- a soul journey for atonement & clearing karma- ascension to the oneness
- and many more!
You may go deep into spaces of the mind, body & spirit, so allow yourself to be open. You will be invited to journal or share your experiences for those who would like to.
Thick yoga mats, meditation cushions (or chairs) & blankets are available to borrow, although you are welcome to bring your own or additional padding. It is recommended that you bring a bottle of water.
