About this Event
Welcome to our Soul Foundations 10-week course - a great place to start if you're a little newer to vinyasa flow yoga or simply want to revisit the building blocks of alignment.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class at a slower pace, focusing on a different aspect of the practice each week in a 10 week iteration.
Week 1: Breath and foundation
Week 2: Sun Salutation A
Week 3: Sun Salutation B
Week 4: Hamstrings
Week 5: Hip Opener
Week 6: Balancing
Week 7: Twisting
Week 8: Back-bending
Week 9: Inversions
Week 10: Find your Flow
***Cost for the entire course = $240. When you confirm your place you are booking into the entire 10-week course length.*** If you are unable to attend one session you won't be refunded.
Our first 10-week course starts in February 2026 and runs for x10 consecutive weeks on a Monday finishing on 6 April

These classes are designed to help you develop a solid foundation for your yoga practice and to help you refine your alignment, so you can move safely and confidently through your practice. We recommend Soul Foundations classes as a great first step towards building a regular vinyasa flow yoga practice.
The room will be heated up to 28 degrees, but the teacher may adjust the temperature as they see fit. Whether you're looking to sharpen up your skills, deepen your practice, or just take a slower-paced class, we invite you to join us for Soul Foundations.
