What to Expect

• Quiet arrival and settling
• Soul-care teaching rooted in Christian spirituality as taught by Dr. Rob Reimer
• Guided reflections, mediations and prayer
• Contemplative music and sound healings
• Optional integration time through group spiritual direction
• Closing blessing and gentle send-off
Themes for each week may include identity, metanoia, forgiveness, healing wounds, overcoming fears and error thinking.
