About this Event
In a small, supportive group of women, you'll learn experiential techniques—such as guided imagery, breathwork, gentle movement, and artistic self-expression—woven together with embodied Christian spiritual practices like Scripture meditation and contemplative prayer. Each 2-hour session creates sacred space to practice these skills together, reflect on how God meets us in our bodies and souls, and develop sustainable rhythms for drawing near to Him in daily life.
This is a grounded, faith-embodied experience where sharing and connecting with others creates a learning environment that supports both individual and collective flourishing. You'll witness your own emotions and experiences alongside others in a safe, grace-filled space as we learn together what it means to steward our whole being—body, mind, and soul.

When: A total of 8 Saturday mornings, April 4 - May 30 | 9-11 AM. (Note: There is no Soul Care Circle on May 2nd. You are invited to attend a special gathering with us that day instead, called Renew & Restore: A Mother's Day Healing Workshop—for those of us navigating complicated relationships with Mother's Day.)
What This Is: A highly supportive educational group where you'll learn self-care skills to calm your nervous system, steward your whole being (body, mind, and soul), and deepen your connection with God.
What This Is Not: This is not a drop-in group or therapy group. It's a committed community meeting weekly on a set day and time, with facilitators who participate alongside you.
Note: While occasional absences are understandable, we ask that you commit to attending most—if not all—sessions for your own growth and the continuity of the group experience.
This event is hosted by The Central Texas Healing Collaborative in partnership with C. Wilson Studio and The Holy Shift.
