I will be your guide on this Soul-Care Breathwork Experience. Breathwork has been one of the most transformative modalities on my healing journey. It has allowed me a safe space to release the weight of the past and create more space for the life I truly desire. I seek to provide a safe space for you to feel and release anything that is no longer serving you and nourish your soul in ways you maybe haven't before.
This offering is born from a place of having some of my most transformative moments healing with community and my love for food! I hope to guide you into more healing and interconnectivity within.
