A cosmically filled new moon experience! Marybeth will guide an all-level Vinaysa laced with cosmic musings about our New Moon in Taurus. Learn how to harness this energy for manifestation for this lunar cycle.
As you enter Savasana, soak up the sound of crystal bowls, ocean drums, and Koshi chimes to shake the dust off your souls and recalibrate your nervous system.
As we come out of Savasana, tune in for a collective tarot reading by psychic medium, Snowy Rodeo.

Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes from yoga and HIIT classes, to dance and meditation and everything in between. Explore a variety of classes, exciting talent to accompany the instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire!
