Kathy ‘Kat’ Wilcox, a Potsdam-based multi-modal holistic healing practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the counseling and healing arts field, will lead a workshop to explore how Soul Cards and other card decks can be used as a tool for personal growth, insight, and inner exploration.This workshop explores how Oracle cards can be used as a tool for personal growth, insight, and inner exploration. The workshop will begin with a guided meditation aligned with the workshop theme, to settle the mind and set an intention to support insight and openness. Participants will enjoy warmup activities to activate their creativity, intuition, and connect with the energy of self love.
Following these activities, participants will have an opportunity to work with the Oracle cards through a spread that explores ways that we can be kinder and more loving to ourselves in order to support healing and growth.
