Join Tom Van de Water in the kitchen on February 5th at The TAUNY Center for "Sourdough Bread Making"!This step-by-step sourdough bread making workshop will emphasize how to have sourdough “work for you, not vice versa”. The focus will be on starting, kneading and baking the dough. Participants will leave with starter and dough to bake at home. Artisan bread maker Tom Van de Water taught science at Canton High School and still works as a fire lookout for the US Forest Service in Idaho. He has been baking bread for many years, and travels with his sourdough starter.
