Exhale the day and drop into deep restoration. Soul & Sound blends gentle mindful movement, guided breathwork, and a nourishing sound bath to reset your nervous system and reconnect you to your power.
You’ll experience:
- Soft movement to open the body
- Intentional breathwork to release & realign
- Immersive sound bath with crystal bowls
- Gentle integration + closing intention
Who it’s for: All levels, beginners welcome. No experience needed.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (if you want -we have some avaiable)
- Light blanket or sweater (we have some avaliable)
Location: SculptSix, 4024 W North Ave, Chicago (West Humboldt Park)
Timing: Wednesdays, 7:00–8:00 pm. Doors 6:45 pm; session starts promptly.
