On the 28th April, join us, SOS Leesh and SOS Ruth for a super fierce workshop to Taylor Swift's "...Are You Ready for It?" celebrating International Dance Day!
Choreographed by SOS CEO Bonnie Lister Parsons and A-list SOS Choreographer Kelechi Nwanokwu, this routine is guaranteed to make you feel POWERFUL.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This workshop is all about having fun, feeling full of power and busting a move to say goodbye to those day-to-day worries, stress and anxiety. Dance is so much more than a TikTok challenge (although we're here for it!). It's about getting a total confidence booster and giving TLC to your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. As we say... stress less and slay more!
So we'll start with a fun warm up followed by learning the routine in bite sized sections that are easy to pick up and master. You'll be feeling like a superstar in no time!
And remember, no previous dance experience is needed and ALL LEVELS are so welcome!
PLUS, find your local dance squad, and meet your super supportive SOS Blackheath and Kidbrooke community! Dance is such a blast with friends (or soon-to-be-friends!) who love to move and groove as much as you do
