Take a refreshing journey through the healing art of sound. This session is themed to bring your mind & body back into alignment. Sound meditation creates a space for you to explore your subconscious and access levels of deep healing. When we are in the present moment of being, we can access this space of personal and physical healing. These soothing sounds will help quiet a busy mind, relax your nervous system, and guide you into an hour of peaceful presence. No experience necessary--this class is perfect for anyone who struggles with meditation, and is looking to destress and quiet a busy mind.
This evening's sound bath also offers optional and complimentary rose water mist before we begin our sound bath.
Some benefits are: better sleep, better circulation, lower blood pressure, less mood swings, increased creativity, mental sharpness, reduced frustration/anger, and less stress.
This sound bath will also include a 32" symphonic gong, frosted crystal sound bowls, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, xylophone, and monochord. Surrounded by fresh rose petals to amplify the collective vibration and the serenity of birds singing as the sun sets over the canyon of Mission Hills, you'll feel the healing comfort and connection of this experience from within.
*Note: Doors will open at 6:50pm and we will begin promptly at 7pm*
What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, comfortable clothes, blanket, pillow, water and anything to make you comfortable. Complimentary eye pillows will be provided.
