At ECHO Studio, sound baths are immersive meditative experiences that combine breathwork, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and theta frequencies, bringing you into a deeply relaxed state—an ocean of sound where anything feels possible.
Rather than traditional yoga mats, zero-gravity chairs draped in soft blankets provide a cocoon of comfort, allowing you to fully surrender to the experience.
I incorporate a variety of instruments, including Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, a Turkish cymbal, hanging bowls, chimes, rattles, drums, and other unique sound tools, along with original theta music recorded by myself.
Each small-group sound bath is intentionally designed for eight participants, allowing ample space to breathe, relax, and receive. In addition to small group and private group sound baths, I also offer individual sessions for those seeking a more personalized, deep sound journey.
