an immersive evening of deep rest and inner recalibration.
through the practice of yoga nidra - often called yogic sleep - you’ll be gently guided into a state between waking and dreaming, where the body softens and the mind unwinds. from this place, true restoration begins.
layered with live sound healing, a field of resonance unfolds. crystal singing bowls, chimes and subtle frequencies move through the nervous system, inviting release, balance and return.
this is not a class.

about rebecca
rebecca is a certified yoga instructor and the founder of source, an eco-luxury apparel and wellness brand devoted to balance, sustainability and emotional wellbeing.
with over a decade of personal practice, her work blends discipline and devotion - offering experiences that extend far beyond the physical form. she completed her 200-hour hatha and vinyasa training at vida asana yoga school in costa rica and holds additional certifications in yin yoga and reiki.
her approach is intuitive and integrative, weaving together movement, meditation, sound and subtle energy awareness to create grounded yet expansive experiences.
beyond weekly sessions, rebecca facilitates sound healings, meditation, cacao ceremonies and retreats around the world - curating spaces for deep restoration, connection and transformation.
