About this Event

Sons of Habit gets their name from the trailer where the band first startedmaking music on a piece of land in Habit, KY. It’s where the band’s leadsinger, Mitchell Douglas, called home, and brought together his writingpartner, Hagan Edge, alongside Dalton Daniels, Jeffrey Parish, and NoahPatrick, to play together. The band’s organic beginnings can be heard intheir music and felt in their live show, where they exude a naturalchemistry. Although they’ve only been a band for less than a year, themembershave a deep rooted history, all growing up in Owensboro, KY.Life took them on a number of different paths-accounting, fork lift sales, and mechanic work-but music ultimately brought them together as Sons ofHabit.Since releasing their first single“Madeline”in July 2024, the band hasracked up millions of streams and have played shows nationwide, openingfor the likes of Ole 60 and Shane Smith & the Saints. Sons of Habit’s debutproject, Nostalgia, includes five news songs, entirely cowritten by theband’s Mitchell Douglas and Hagan Edge and produced by Justin Eckerd.

Chase Saunders
Chace Saunders is a Kentucky-born singer/songwriter blending neotraditional country, bluegrass, and folk. Now performing daily in Nashville's iconic venues, he’s quickly become a standout in Music City. His debut single, “Bourbon Whiskey,” a tribute to his father, launched in 2022, followed by tracks like “She Left Memphis,” “Prove Me Right,” and “Separate Ways.” Raised in a musical family with deep Appalachian roots, Chace started playing guitar at 9, and formed his first band in grade school. In 2024, he kicked off his “One More Season” tour and will release his debut album in 2025, with a Spring/Summer festival series to follow.
