🏕️Overview:A weekend to feel alive again. Ride out from Thao Dien, camp by the water, and step into honest men’s work around the fire. Expect movement, breathwork, a complete life-assessment, grief/anger alchemy, dawn solo time, and closing vows.
Facilitated by an outdoors guide and a men’s work mental health facilitator.
🔥When and Where:
- Dates: Saturday–Sunday, 8–9 November 2025
- Location: Dau Tieng Reservoir
- Meet: 7:00 AM Saturday in Thao Dien to strap camping gear to the bikes and share breakfast together
- Return: Back to Thao Dien on Sunday no later than 4:00 PM (after lunch)

- Movement exercises, breathwork, and yoga

Ride to Dau Tieng Reservoir (lunch on the way)
Camp setup → movement + breath → life-assessment → letter writing
Fire ceremony → grief/anger alchemy → “Sons of Fire” naming
Sunday:
Dawn solo sit/hike and journaling
Relational practice + integration of your 90‑day actions
Closing vows and tokens
Lunch → ride back → arrive by 16:00
