Inside at 1030 Main St. | Food & Drinks Available The Sons of Champlin started in 1965 in Marin County, California, rising from the wreckage of the Opposite Six, a locally popular RSix members, Bill Champlin and Tim Cain, added Terry Haggerty and the first of a series of drummers and bass players. The new band was named for the front man, Bill Champlin.The Sons have a reputation for performing really difficult music, but the band has decided to leave some of that to history and play songs that audiences remember. The goal is for the fans to have a great time. BLUE NOTE NAPA is on the 1st floor of the historic Napa Valley Opera House and is an intimate 180-seated live music club and restaurant. World-class and local Bay Area artists perform here.
