Thank you for your interest in my Half Day Olympic Lifting Seminar.

Whether you’re brand new to the sport or have attended one of my seminars before, this day is designed to give you exactly what you wish you’d learned when you first touched a barbell — and then some.

For first-timers, you’ll build a rock-solid foundation of technique.
For returning lifters, this is your chance to sharpen your skills, level up your mobility, and fine-tune your craft under my direct guidance.

My seminars are known for being high-energy, hands-on, and fun. You won’t be sat in front of a whiteboard all day getting bored to death that’s not my style. Expect movement, coaching, PBs, and a real opportunity to ask questions and get personalised pointers on mobility, lifting, and mindset.

To ensure everyone receives plenty of individual attention, the seminar is strictly capped at 24 lifters. My goal is that every single person walks away with new knowledge, improved confidence under the bar, and ideally… a new PB.

This seminar is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners who have never lifted before.

Minimum age: 16 years old.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

30 mins — Mobility for Lifting
My most effective movements to prepare your body efficiently and safely.

1 hr 30 mins — Snatch Masterclass & PB Attempts
Technical breakdown, coaching, practice, and your shot at a new personal best.

1 hr 30 mins — Clean & Jerk Masterclass & PB Attempts
We refine positions, dial in technique, and finish strong.

• Lifting/gym clothes and shoes
• Spare clothes and a towel (optional)
• Water / hydration
• Snacks

Due to commitments with the hosting gym, we are strictly unable to offer refunds.
If you can no longer attend, we are happy to transfer your ticket to someone else if you find a replacement.
