GOSPEL welcomes ceremony guide Katerina Leventtar to host a monthly immersive sonic journey as part of our new "Wellness Monday" program series.

This sound meditation will allow you to access parts of you that lay dormant and forgotten in everyday life. Emotions and memories surface allowing you to make connections between present and the past, understand your journey as well as bring yourself closer to the state of peace and love.

<h4>This is the practice of using sound in a therapeutic manner to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself and to promote personal growth and development. The basic premise of Sound Practice is that all existence is vibratory in nature, and therefore it is the underlying vibratory field that sustains and imbues everything that exists with structure and form.
The driving force of all healing processes is consciousness, an unexplained fundamental manifestation of the universe that influences the nature and structure of existence by its effect on the behavior of subatomic particles. Sound is a perfect tool for healing practices as well as personal development because it mimics the nature of existence and affects individuals at all levels: anatomically, physiologically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.</h4>

Katerina Levanttar is a ceremony guide, EQ consultant, an artist and an art advisor. She consults people on gaining clarity and purpose, guiding from the feeling of being stuck, anxiety relief, physical sickness, connecting to their body and tapping to their full potential. She does this by using sound, vibrations, language, energy work and even person's thoughts as she perceives their energy and mirrors the untold story back at the human the way they didn’t see it before. She applies her knowledge and practice of meditation, yoga, NLP, sound, energy scanning, storytelling and psychosomatic work. Her signature method called Find My Blind Spots allows a person to get clarity in the areas of their life that are blocked by limiting beliefs, traumas and patterns. A former New Yorker, she currently lives and practices in Mexico City where she creates her artworks and advises on art acquisitions.
