As winter finally loosens its grip, this late-March sound meditation offers a gentle threshold moment—space to rest, integrate, and prepare for the quiet stirrings of spring. Using resonant instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and subtle percussive tones, the session invites your nervous system to downshift and your body to do what it knows how to do best: restore balance. Rather than “trying” to meditate, participants are guided into a receptive state where the sound does the work. Vibrations move through the body, often supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of grounded clarity. This is a time to let go of winter heaviness, mental noise, and accumulated stress—without effort or analysis. The experience is accessible to all: no prior sound meditation experience needed. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are—tired, curious, overwhelmed, or simply seeking stillness. Bring your yoga mats, blankets and closed water bottles and we will offer a cozy, low-light environment that supports comfort and relaxation.
Think of this as a seasonal exhale: a pause between what has been and what is beginning to emerge.
