Sonic Neural Breathwork is a guided, sound-supported breathwork journey designed to gently activate non-ordinary states of awareness while maintaining nervous system regulation and embodied safety.Through intentional breathing patterns and carefully curated music, participants are supported in accessing subconscious material, emotional release, and expanded insight — all within a safe, grounded container.

As you move through the experience, you may encounter vivid imagery, emotions, or physical sensations that offer insight into unresolved patterns or stored tension — all guided with care and intention.
