Come and ground yourself in celebratory and reverent vibes during this drum, and sound event!Alan and Jaime of Sonic Field will guide the group gathered and hold space first for an ecstatic drum circle, then moving into a more subtle sound circle.
During the energized drum and dance portion of the evening, burn off the stresses of daily living, clarify your mind and release all that no longer serves you as you join in this ecstatic expression of self.
Feel free to bring your own drums and percussion toys as a limited supply will be available for sharing.
At the halfway point we will transition into the subtler sound realms by gathering together bringing in softer drumming and rattling, eventually stepping to a 36" gathering drum.
Feeling into a more prayerful state, this portion of the evening will begin with the opportunity to share our healing intentions and prayers for a more direct expression of the energies generated throughout the evening.
Finally, we will conclude with a healthy dose of vocal toning supported by crystal singing bowls while in sacred circle.
