Curious about sound therapy and how it really works?
Join me for a one-day introductory workshop exploring the principles of sound therapy and how sound can support relaxation, wellbeing, and self-regulation. You’ll gain practical skills and a deeper understanding of how to use sound safely and effectively - for yourself and for others.
On the day you’ll learn:
🎶 How to play a singing bowl correctly
🎤 Vocal toning & overtoning
✨ Working with sound and the energetic system
🥁 Frame drum rhythms for the body
…and more
We’ll finish the day by flowing into my monthly 1.5-hour public sound bath, a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience.
🌿 No previous experience needed
🌿 Suitable for beginners and practitioners alike
🌿 Perfect if you’re curious, want tools for personal use, or are considering a more in-depth certified training
Whether you’re looking to add simple sound techniques to your existing practice, support loved ones, or gently dip your toe into the world of sound therapy, this day offers a rich and accessible introduction.
Whatever the reason, this is a great course for anyone with a love to sound and how it makes us feel!
The exchange for the day of knowledge and practical hands on learning is £65 per person.
