YOUR GUIDE: YVETTE VELASQUEZ
With a deep focus on mental health and integration, Yvette offers expert guidance in bridging traditional healing practices with modern therapeutic approaches. Immersed in wellness since 2003, she began her journey with transcendental meditation in the mountains of Colombia. In addition to her yoga trainings she has trained in trauma-informed yoga, harm reduction, and integration coaching. She has studied the Path of the Red Road, participates in the annual Moon Dance in Mexico, and works closely with tribal communities in Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. As the founder of a wellness concierge company, she develops programs for at-risk mental health patients in collaboration with their providers.
