About The Artists
Maggie Rose is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter originally from Potomac, Maryland, who began performing at age 16 with a Bruce Springsteen tribute band before moving to Nashville to pursue a music career.
Her debut album, Cut to Impress (2013), produced two Top 30 Billboard Country Airplay singles, "I Ain't Your Mama" and "Better." Despite the promise of that debut, mainstream country radio success remained elusive.
Over the following years, she pulled off one of the most natural reinventions in recent Nashville history, evolving from a country artist who never quite fit the Music Row mold into a confident performer of soul, R&B, and American roots music. She released a series of well-received independent projects and built a devoted following through relentless touring.
Her career reached a new peak with her 2024 album No One Gets Out Alive, which Rolling Stone named one of the best albums of the year, praising it as "dazzling" and "cathartic," and which was recorded with members of Jason Isbell's 400 Unit. Maggie Rose The album earned a Grammy nomination for Best Americana Album at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
