KRIS DREVER
Cherished and admired in equal measure by listeners and fellow musicians, award-winning guitarist, singer, songwriter and prolific collaborator Kris Drever has been a leading light on the UK roots scene for well over a decade.
A highly skilled guitarist who adroitly blends traditional folk and flat picking with more contemporary influences – allied to a distinctively relaxed and poised vocal burr – Drever is an astonishingly fine interpreter of others’ songs, with an increasingly frequent knack for concocting seriously smart lyrical observations and earworm melodies of his own.
Drever has played and recorded with an extensive range of artists including Mark Knopfler, Jack Bruce, Danny Thompson, Eddi Reader, Bela Fleck, Tim O’Brien, Jerry Douglas, Sarah Jarosz, Joan As Police Woman, Tinariwen, Karine Polwart and Julie Fowlis.

FINDLAY NAPIER
As defined in the title of his 2015 solo debut - VIP: Very Interesting Persons - (No.2 in the Daily Telegraph top folk albums that year), Scottish singer-songwriter Findlay Napier categorically commands musical VIP status. A supreme storyteller with a magpie-minded imagination and magnificent voice, Napier is one of the most highly regarded performers and creative forces on the UK folk scene.
One of Scotland's finest songwriters. In 2021 he was nominated for Musician of the Year at the Scot’s Trad Music Awards and in 2018 he was the first solo act to be nominated for Live Act of the Year.
Described as Micheal Marra meets Elvis Costello, a Caledonian Loudon Wainwright or a Scottish James Taylor this master storyteller's songs are full of earthy humour, hopeless love and biting satire.

MICHAEL MESSER
Michael Messer is a virtuoso slide guitarist, singer, songwriter and blues innovator.
Throughout his forty year career, his music has remained individual and contemporary. Michael Messer's reputation as an innovator of the blues and master of slide guitar is well known.
Being British with an international reputation for blues slide guitar is a rarity in itself, but Messer's obsessive appetite for knowledge of his art is virtually unrivalled. His stunning slide guitar playing and superb vocals, ooze authenticity and integrity. His use of turntables in the Second Mind Band marked him as one of the trailblazers of the 21st century blues sound and his current band, Michael Messer's Mitra, is once again breaking new ground playing an exhilarating and accessible fusion of rural blues and Hindustani classical music. Their highly acclaimed album, Call Of The Blues, was iTunes No1 blues album and has won them worldwide acclaim, receiving radio airplay in more than 50 countries.
