Songs of Joy and Freedom celebrates the singers and songwriters who got their start at the Troubadour LA in West Hollywood. Rebecca Watts makes her NYC debut singing the songs of Joni Mitchell, Carole King, James Taylor, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Eagles and more. She is backed by a group of stellar musicians led by Music Director Richard Garretson on trumpet, Sean Harkness on guitar, Dan Aran on drums, Evan Gregor on bass, Grace Peña on vocals, and Billy Blair on vocals and keyboard. The music takes center stage against a backdrop of stories and legends of the collaborations and relationships born at the pioneering rock and roll venue.
