About this Event
Through beautiful harmonies and uplifting group singing, we’ll explore
what it means to belong — to ourselves, to each other, and to the natural
world. You don’t need to read music or have any prior singing experience;
just bring your voice and an open heart. Together we’ll learn rich,
soul-nourishing songs that speak of home, community, and care for the
planet — songs that remind us we are part of something larger,
something living and whole. Singing in harmony is proven to support
mental wellbeing, easing stress and fostering joy and connection. In this
gentle, inclusive space, we’ll breathe deeply, sing freely, and find
grounding through sound — reconnecting body, mind, and spirit through
the simple act of singing together. Come as you are. Leave with a lighter
heart, a calmer mind, and a renewed sense of belonging to the common
ground we all share.
