The Hannibal Arts Council introduces a new concert series, Songs & Stories At HAC, with a performance from singer-songwriter Seth Wade. The event is slated for 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 26 at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main Street. The Songs & Stories At HAC concert series brings musicians into our gallery space to share the music they love and the tales behind the tunes. The relaxed atmosphere aims to allow musicians a unique performance venue and space to share stories from their artistic journey and provide insight into their process. Welcoming all genres of music, Songs and Stories At HAC joins an array of Jazz and Classical concerts offered at the Hannibal Arts Council.
Seth Wade is a singer-songwriter from Hannibal, MO. Wade has become a fixture performer in the area with his skilled guitar work and voice that is steeped in Americana. Wade’s work as a youth mental health worker led him to start the “Strings To Mend.” This annual event raises funds and awareness for two nonprofits that combat child abuse and reduce trauma.
The performance is free and open to the public. No advance tickets or reservations are required.
