She has found purpose in guiding others towards living a more mindful life and believes that movement is a must.
Our essence
Consider this homecoming but for your mind and body. We are all capable of connecting to your body in a way that no matter where you go, you feel connected, welcomed and accepted. We aim to empower creative leaders, parents, fitness enthusiasts, dancers, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers to take actions that elevate their health and wellbeing in community. Our collaboration was an organic and complimentary one where we get to share our passions with you! We are here to create value and wellness that sticks, not just a quick or temporary fix.
We integrate the latest neuroscience, exercise, and performance research to help you get moving, into your body & out of your head. Our integrative approach offers:
- Safety: a space to explore what it feels like to be in your body when you move
- Activation: guidance to help with activation when exercising and how to use your breath to support movement
- Reflection: prompts and discussion for deeper inner exploration
- Action: practice and help you integrate science based tools for every day life
- Connection: tune into your needs and reconnect to your ability to show up consistently through mindful goal setting
- Structure: set daily habits that can turn a stressful day into a day of growth and purpose
You can also expect to learn how to bring lightness into a stressful or fast paced life, one where you can slow down internally and optimize your energy. It's a way of living with more ease, intention and purpose. We aim to help you develop mindset tools to find balance through life’s biggest struggles. Get ready to explore topics like perfectionism, anxiety, imposter syndrome, motherhood, relationships, identity, self-care, body image and many more.
