Sonder run club was born from the knowledge that loss can make us feel isolated. But when we come together and move our bodies, we can be reminded that none of us need to walk (ahem, run) alone. With every step, we practice connection, compassion, and the quiet comfort of being understood.

Together we move, breathe, and honour what you carry to remind ourselves: you are not alone.

We are a monthly run club, meeting on the second Wednesday of every month.

• The next event is May 13th, with a community check-in starting at 5:30pm
• Location: We will meet at Kits Beach (close to the tennis courts, beside the building that has the washrooms in it! Think: the old boathouse restaurant location)
• Distance: 5 km (ish) at a very conversational pace.

• We’ll begin with a community check-in question then;
• A short, grounding grief practice to help you set an intention or honour someone/some thing you miss.
• After that, we’ll head out for a 5 (ish) km run at a conversational, inclusive pace.
• All paces are welcome; no one will run alone.
• We will finish together with a guided close-out
