June 25 we’re bringing back to the voice...It’s Big Band Blues Night, and I’m honored to welcome Darryl Parker to the Son House Blues Night stage.
Darryl is a powerful blues and soul vocalist known around Rochester for his commanding presence, rich tone, and ability to connect straight to the heart of a song. He brings that classic big band blues feel without ever losing the grit and honesty of the blues.
We’ll start with the house band and then turn it over to Darryl for a set that’s all about feel, phrasing, and soul. Beer, wine, pizza, and a room full of blues lovers - a recipe for a great night.
