SOMOS - A Cacao Ceremony for Collective Healing
SOMOS is a heart centered ceremonial gathering designed to awaken the body, soften the nervous system, and reconnect us through intentional community. Guided by the sacred medicine of Cacao, this experience invites you into deeper embodiment through breath, movement, & sound.
We begin by sipping Ceremonial Cacao to gently open the heart & set intention. You’ll be guided through conscious breathwork & somatic stretching to release stored tension and create space within the body. As the energy builds, we move into free form dance. An opportunity to activate life force energy, express freely, & return to your natural rhythm without judgment.
The evening closes with immersive sound healing to integrate the journey, grounding you in clarity, peace, & remembrance.
