Celebrate the art of food and wine pairing through the lens of some of the industry’s most talented sommeliers.

Two leading sommeliers go head-to-head, competing to pair the perfect wine with each course of a four-course dinner curated by Chef Ed Cotton. Guests vote to determine the winner, who advances toward the final showdown.

The sommeliers’ mission is to pair the ideal wine with each of the four courses created by Chef Ed Cotton. Wines are served blind, putting instinct, balance, and expertise to the test.
Your mission is to be the judge. Using your smartphone, you’ll vote for the wine you feel best complements each dish. Votes are revealed after each round, building toward an overall winner crowned at the end of the evening.

Guests play an active role throughout the night. Vote digitally after each course, see the results revealed in real time, and help decide which sommelier takes the title.
