We invite you to an exceptional evening dedicated to outstanding wines from Austria’s Wachau region. We are delighted to welcome Herwig Jamek in person, who will guide you through a selection of wines from the family-owned Weingut Jamek and share insights into their philosophy and the character of each wine.
Carefully selected wines will be paired throughout the evening with a tasting menu specially created for the occasion by Maroš Jambor, Head Chef of Zlatá Praha. Expect a harmonious interplay of flavors, where refined gastronomy meets the elegance and minerality of Wachau wines.
The evening will take place as a shared experience around one large table, fostering an intimate atmosphere, the exchange of impressions, and direct interaction with both the winemaker and the chef.

Zveme vás na výjimečný večer věnovaný špičkovým vínům z rakouského regionu Wachau. S radostí přivítáme osobně Herwiga Jamka, který vás provede průřezem produkce rodinného vinařství Jamek a přiblíží filozofii i charakter jednotlivých vín.
Pečlivě vybraná vína budou v průběhu večera párována s degustačním menu, které pro tuto příležitost připravil šéfkuchař Zlaté Prahy, Maroš Jambor. Těšit se můžete na harmonické spojení chutí, kde se precizní gastronomie potkává s elegancí a mineralitou vín z Wachau.
Večer bude probíhat formou společného setkání u jednoho velkého stolu, které podpoří atmosféru, sdílení zážitků a přímý kontakt s vinařem i šéfkuchařem.
