This five-course supper celebrates prairie flavors, orchard harvests, and the kind of warm hospitality that reminds us why there’s no place like home. Each course is thoughtfully paired with curated wines presented throughout the evening as part of the journey.

Entree - The Road Back to Kansas - An Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin served alongside local honey-glazed carrots and parsnips.
