T-Spirit the Poet & Comegetsom Presents : Some Things Must Be Heard: Spitting & Politicking/ Closed Mic. This St. Louis Based Spoken Word Production is going nationwide and the first stop is right here in ATL, the Mecca of poetry and social justice movement building. This platform features international, national, and local artists, activists, and organizers that are committed to speaking truth to power and healing to the hearts of the people. It’s giving Libations, Black Liberation, Black Joy, Resilience, and Resistance.
Meet us at The Black Theater DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM 200 Arizona Ave NE Unit LW01, Atlanta, GA 30307 on Sunday August 18th from 6 pm - 9 pm. The doors open at 6 pm and the show is from 7 pm - 9 pm.
