Hi Community, we’re now offering a BreathBath at Studio DDLA every 4th Thursday.
What to Expect:
Our evening will start with about 15 minutes of breathwork, allowing for a release of tension before immersing into a realm of healing sounds to begin to unwind.
Skye’s beautiful, calming voice along with the resonance of quartz bowls, and other sounds, will envelop you into a deep relaxation, while Somer’s soulful cello transcends the ordinary. Prepare to melt into a unique, soul-stirring experience leaving you feeling transformed.
Price: $35 (limited number of sliding scale tickets available)

Attire: Dress comfortably and warmly for your utmost relaxation
What to Bring: A Yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a pillow, a hydrating water bottle, an open mind and anything else to enhance your experience
Parking and transportation: There is ample street parking, especially on the street behind the space, or it’s also conveniently located near the metro.
