About this Event
Join others working across health, social care and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector (VCFSE) supporting people living with dementia, their families and carers.
We will hear from groups acros the VCFSE, Health and Care sectors including Compass Disability, Home Instead Taunton and NHS Glousecter will be giving us an insight into integrated work they are doing.
We will focus on how we can support Taunton to become a dementia inclusive town, exploring how we raise awareness and overcome barriers.
The day will also include a complimentary networking lunch, and the opportunity for you to bring your own information stand to share your organisation's work with others.
