Somatics & Sound Series

Somatics is the term used to describe small movements that help to release tension and bring a sense of ease within the body. This is not a traditional workout - you will likely not break a sweat, and movements will be slow, intentional and guided. As with anything in life, consistency is key. Take advantage of this 3-part series to help you start implementing somatic movements into your daily routine! Each sessions ends with either a sound bath or guided mediation.

Sarah is an artist, dietitian, crystal lover and breathwork coach. Native to Connecticut, she moved to Arizona earlier this year to chase the sunshine and explore the beautiful natural world. She is passionate about creating things and supporting others through their healing journeys. In her free time, you can find her crafting, playing ukulele and singing, or spending time with exotic birds.
