Somatics & Sound Morning for Women

By Saturday morning, most of us are still vibrating from the week's demands. You might be "off" work, but your brain is still scanning your to-do list, your shoulders are up by your ears, and you’re probably still over-analysing a conversation you had on Tuesday.
This morning isn't about doing more; it’s about finally letting go of the heavy armour you’ve been wearing. We aren’t here for a workout or a spiritual lecture, we’re here to give your body the actual physical evidence it needs to feel safe.
What we’ll do:
Guided Somatic Movement: We’ll start with slow, mindful movements designed to speak directly to your nervous system. These aren't exercixes to get right; they are tools to help you unlock the jaw, soften the chest and release the tension you didn't even realise you were holding.
The Sound Bath: Once your body has landed, you’ll lay back for a deep immersion in sound. Using the frequency of crystal bowls, we’ll bypass your busy mind and move your system from high-alert into a state of deep, restorative stillness.
Who is this for?
This space is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, buzzy with anxiety, or just tired of living in your head. Whether you’ve done this before or have no idea what somatics means, you are welcome exactly as you are.
The Result:
You won't just leave with a nice feeling. You’ll leave with a body that feels quieter, a mind that has stopped looping and a nervous system that has finally returned to neutral.
