Somatic Yoga ist eine Synergie aus traditionellen fließenden Yoga-Praktiken & dem somatischen Kernwissen aus Feldenkrais Methode, Continuum & Atemarbeit nach Prof. Ilse Middendorf in Verbindung mit Erfahrbarer Anatomie & Verkörperten Vermittlungsstrategien.
Indem die Strategien körperlich-formalen Yogas sich wandeln in ein leiblich-spürendes Entfalten innerhalb der Form wirkt Somatic Yoga selbstbestimmt und grenzerweiternd und wird dadurch zu einer selbstverantwortlichen und freudvollen Praxis. Es entsteht eine präsente, kreative Synthese der Sammlung in der Form, die tief bewegt und das Erleben im Yoga auf allen Ebenen intensiviert.

Somatic Yoga is a synergy of traditional flowing yoga practices & the somatic core knowledge from Feldenkrais Method, Continuum & Breathwork according to Prof. Ilse Middendorf in connection with Experiential Anatomy & Embodied Mediation Strategies.
By transforming the strategies of physical-formal yoga into a bodily-sensing unfolding within the form, Somatic Yoga has a self-determining and boundary-expanding effect and thus becomes a self-responsible and joyful practice. A present, creative synthesis of gathering in the form emerges, which is deeply moving and intensifies the experience in yoga on all levels.
