Somatic Yoga for Releasing Stress & Emotions

Join Alissa, a trauma-trained Somatic Coach and Yoga Teacher, at Zen Den Yoga Studio on Fridays from 9-10:30 am.

Each week, Alissa guides you in a 90-minute somatic practice that helps you regulate your nervous system and release stored stress and emotions from your body.

This class consists of breathwork, gentle and intuitive movement around a weekly theme that is all designed to leave you feeling calmer, more grounded, and more embodied each week.

This time for building connections with yourself and others is so important-- especially if you've been living in a state of stress.
