Across six practical workshop days and five online sessions, you'll learn how trauma lives in the fascia, the breath, the spine, the ribcage, and the hips — and how to work with all of it through safe, evidence-informed, hands-on technique.
Drawing upon shiatsu, fascial work, craniosacral therapy and breathwork, all distilled into a clear, practical framework any bodywork therapist can use, whether you work on the floor or the table.
