About this Event
A slow evening for your nervous system.
Somatic Soundscape Journey combines gentle movement, immersive crystal bowl sound, and deep supported rest for people who feel mentally busy, physically tense, or unable to fully switch off.
We begin with slow, beginner-friendly somatic movement to help your body unwind, release the week, and arrive.
Nothing intense. Nothing performative. No flexibility, fitness, or yoga experience needed.
From there, you’ll lie down fully supported as crystal bowls fill the room. The sound gives your mind somewhere to rest and your body something to feel — helping you settle into a deeper state of stillness.
You may leave feeling quieter, lighter, and more grounded.
New to sound healing or somatic movement?
