About this Event
Somatic Sound Journey is a one-hour immersive class exploring sound as an embodied, somatic experience. Guided by David’s voice and acoustic instruments—including drum, wave, and calyx, participants are invited to feel sound in the body, support nervous system regulation, and access deeper states of presence and release. Each participant receives a brief one-on-one sound attunement within the group experience. No prior experience required.
David Kennet is a musician and voice-based practitioner whose lifelong asthma resolved after he began singing, inspiring his work with sound. He has led intentional sound experiences internationally and collaborated with organizations including the U.S. Air Force, Four Seasons Hotels, and NBC’s Today.
