Somatic Sound is an immersive healing experience where frequency, vibration, and meditation invite the body to soften and the spirit to awaken. Surrounded by art and nature, the soundscape becomes even more powerful—helping you ground, release, and reconnect with yourself.

• Every 2nd Wednesday & 4th Saturday
✨ Exchange: By love donation
• 50% of all donations support the Gardens
✨ What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket or other comfort items
• Water
• An open heart
This is a gentle, accessible practice, open to all levels. Your presence nourishes not only yourself but also the Gardens that hold us.
