About this Event
The Somatic Saloon – where body meets breath, rhythm meets release, and every cell in your being is invited to the dance. 🌿💃✨
Step through the swinging doors into a space where sensation is the guide, intuition is the bartender, and presence is always on the house. This isn’t your average saloon—there’s no whiskey here, just the intoxicating high of deep embodiment. Expect a blend of breathwork, movement, sound, and somatic surprises designed to awaken your nervous system (in the best way possible).
Come as you are, leave as more of yourself. 🌀🤠
An evening at the Somatic Saloon invites you to drop in, connect, and expand. You’ll be guided through a 30-45 minute breathwork journey to tune deeply into yourself, release old or stuck energy, and create space for something new. Along the way, you'll have the chance to meet like-hearted souls, forge new friendships, and deepen existing connections. Through presence, touch, and shared experience, you’ll step into a space of healing, community, and expansion—leaving lighter, more open, and fully alive.
