While literature is of course at the core of this book group, cultivating our very own community and connections are also at the root of YABG, so if this sounds like a good time to you, come join the fun! For March, the group discusses 49 Days, Agnes Lee's debut graphic novel. A story unlike any other... In Buddhist tradition, a person must travel for forty-nine days after they die, before they can fully cross over. Here, we follow Kit, a Korean American girl, on her journey across, while also spending time with her family and friends left behind. An unforgettable story of death, grief, and love, Lee's debut can show how we keep moving forward.
